About

Eurofund Group, together with The Baupost Group, acquired the centre in 2015 and subsequently sold it in 2018 to a joint venture with AXA Real Estate Investment Managers.

Innovative

Ubbo is strategically located in the Lisbon metropolitan area. The complex includes a modern shopping centre completed in May 2009, with approximately 280 stores and a gross lettable area of 105,000 m².

Key operators include Alcampo, Primark, the Inditex Group, H&M, KidZania, UCI Cinemas, and El Corte Inglés.

Following a €50 million investment programme, Ubbo has strengthened its position as Lisbon’s leading shopping destination.
