Eurofund Group obtained planning consent in 2020 to convert a student residence into Tribu Kingston, a high-end co-living studio apartment development. We are delighted to announce, as of January 2023, that Tribu is now open.
Our Tribu flagship provides our housemates with a curated life-enhancing experience in 63 elegant and modern studio apartments under the co-living model, with a communal lounge, dining room and kitchen, rooftop, co-working space, cinema and a café.
