Eurofund Group entered the Italian market with an agreement to acquire Parma Retail, in northern Italy. The centre has a GLA of approximately 40,000 m² and will be transformed into Italy’s first open-air promenade, fully integrating retail and leisure.

The Eurofund Group’s first Italian project will build on the company’s proven track record in creating ‘destinations’ that combine retail, entertainment, leisure, dining and outdoor sports activities.

Innovative

Eurofund Group, in a joint venture with Signal Capital Partners, will invest €25 million to transform Parma Retail into “Parma Promenade”, ensuring the centre’s long-term operational success, with work set to begin in Q1 2024. The transformation will attract leading international fashion, dining and leisure brands to the project, alongside existing operators such as Kiabi, OVS, Decathlon, Euronics, Tedi, Pepco, Terranova and Cisalfa.
