Parma Promenade, the first open-air shopping resort in Emilia-Romagna created by Eurofund Group arrives in Parma with a brand new area reserved for leisure time and Food & Beverage

A new way to enjoy leisure and gastronomy with the family: over 15,000 sqm dedicated to entertainment and more than 20 dining options

Parma, 29 April 2025 – Eurofund Group, an international investment and development company known for transforming urban spaces into iconic destinations, is bringing to life Parma Promenade — the first open-air shopping resort in the Emilia-Romagna region. Set to open in 2026, this ambitious redevelopment of the former Parma Retail centre will offer an unprecedented leisure and dining experience in the province.

With more than 52,000 sqm of total surface area, Parma Promenade redefines the shopping center concept by offering a full lifestyle experience. By creating a shopping resort, 15,000 sqm will be fully dedicated to leisure and sports, making it the largest entertainment offering in the province.

The new development will feature a wide range of indoor entertainment options, including bowling alleys, virtual reality games and interactive areas, as well as an outdoor gym and 10 padel courts. A family-friendly environment designed to offer fun for all ages, both indoors and in the open air.

Leisure goes hand in hand with an outstanding food and beverage proposition, positioned as a central pillar of the project. More than 20 food operators will provide a diverse culinary offer, combining international brands such as KFC and Doppio Malto with local partners that celebrate the rich gastronomic heritage of Italy’s renowned Food Valley.

The open-air layout will enhance the enjoyment of generous communal spaces, with open terraces and plazas designed for social gathering and authentic connection. More than 4,000 sqm will be dedicated to this collective experience, positioning Parma Promenade as a vibrant meeting point for locals and visitors alike.

Strategically located just 5 km from Parma’s city center and with direct access from the A1 motorway, Parma Promenade is set to become the new retail, dining and leisure landmark of Emilia-Romagna — a true lifestyle destination for the region.
