Opening in summer 2026, the new open-air Shopping Resort in Emilia-Romagna is already filling up with fashion stores, Food & Beverage areas, and entertainment zones.
Parma, 30 September 2025 – Parma Promenade, Emilia-Romagna’s first open-air Shopping Resort, a joint venture between Eurofund Group and Signal Capital, is nearing its grand opening in summer 2026 with an increasingly well-defined and rich commercial offering of prominent brands. The strong interest and confidence in this unique project are reflected in the fact that 90% of commercial spaces have already been assigned.
Covering an area of over 52,000 square meters, Parma Promenade stands out for its innovative concept that combines retail and leisure. A dedicated 15,000 square meters will be reserved for entertainment and sports. The entertainment options will include bowling alleys, virtual reality games, a modern gym, and padel courts.
Primark, New Yorker, Kiabi, JD Sport, Calliope, Cisalfa, and Medi-Market are just some of the leading brands already committed to Parma Promenade. Alongside entertainment and retail, Food & Beverage is another key pillar of the resort. More than 20 operators—ranging from internationally established names to local culinary gems—will be present, offering a gastronomic experience to satisfy every palate. Among the most anticipated recent additions are Doppio Malto, KFC, La Piadineria, and BUN Burgers.
