Eurofund Group, together with The Baupost Group, acquired the centre in 2015 and sold it into a joint venture with AXA Real Estate Investment Managers in 2018.
Ubbo is strategically located in the metropolitan area of Lisbon. The property comprises of a modern shopping centre completed in May 2009 with circa. 280 shops and a Gross Lettable Area of 105,000 m2. Major anchor operators include Alcampo, Primark, Inditex Group, H&M, Kidzania, UCI Cinemas and El Corte Inglés. Following a €50m investment programme, Ubbo was voted the #1 shopping centre in Lisbon in 2020, up from #8 five years previously, and has retained the award in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024.
