Allianz owns the entire block on La Castellana, comprising 19,346 sqm of prime office space and 38,873 sqm of newly acquired residential space.

Innovative

Allianz has commissioned Eurofund Group to transform the central commercial area—which has underperformed until now—into a space that combines offices and residential units, creating a world-class urban destination. NUGA Castellana is set to become Madrid’s premier dining destination. The centre’s rooftop will be transformed into an inspiring garden where campus workers can relax.
