Eurofund has invested up to €20 million in capital expenditure at the centre. Oasiz offers approximately 90,000 m² of retail, leisure, dining and sports facilities, as well as a fountain show on the lake. Oasiz opened its doors in December 2021 and features a wide variety of shops, including brands such as Adidas, Fnac, Mango, Nike Factory, Pull&Bear, Kave Home, Milbby and Puma.

The retail offering is complemented by a wide range of dining options, including a bustling food market and a variety of leisure activities.

Innovative

It features a CINESA LUXE cinema equipped with DBOX and ISENSE technology for an unrivalled viewing experience. The leisure brand Speed Park operates a family entertainment centre with a bowling alley, indoor go-karting and laser tag, as well as a 130-metre zip line over the lake. The centre redefines the shopping and entertainment experience, setting a new benchmark for the region. As part of this, the centre maintains a firm commitment to sustainability, demonstrated by 7,500 solar panels and water purification systems, which help to keep the lakes an attraction for visitors.
