Our
Senior Team
Ian is a co-founder of Eurofund and serves as Group President. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in London and has spent most of his career in the Spanish retail sector. Together with Salvador Arenere, he led the development team and played a key role in the creation of Intu Management Spain, driving major shopping centre acquisitions and shaping its long-term vision.
Ion is a real estate professional with almost 20 years of experience in strategy, investment and asset management. He began his career as a consultant at Cushman & Wakefield in the High Street department. He later joined H&M, where he led the expansion team for Iberia. From 2011 to 2015, he was Investment Director for High Street and Tenant Representation at CBRE.
Ion Saralegui
Group CEO
Alberto is a leader with over 25 years of experience in real estate, focused on asset management, development and investment. Before joining Eurofund Group as Managing Director for the UK business, he led Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield’s Italian division. At Westfield, he oversaw the expansion of Westfield London and mixed-use projects at Westfield Stratford City, and led growth initiatives across Europe.

Andreas joined Eurofund in September 2019 and brings over 20 years of experience in the retail sector, having worked across markets including Spain, Portugal, Sweden and Asia. Previously, he was part of the H&M Group as Expansion Director, leading leasing, store development, construction project management and facilities.

Dan joined Eurofund Group in 2017 to develop the Tribu co-living concept. He studied Business at UWE and completed a Master’s in Real Estate and Hospitality at IE. He began his career in London, developing a range of restaurants, bars and street food concepts, as well as working on residential projects. At Eurofund, he has led the transformation of Viridian Studios into Tribu Kingston.

Stephen joined Eurofund in 2018 to lead the Italy business. From 2013 to 2018, he was Real Estate Director for Continental Europe at Virgin Active. Earlier in his career, he worked at Forum Invest and Cushman & Wakefield, building strong expertise in investment, expansion and real estate management.

Olaf joined Eurofund Group in November 2024 as Germany Retail CEO. He brings over 20 years of experience in real estate investment, development and asset management. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the delivery of shopping centres such as Limbecker Platz (Germany) and has led multi-billion euro acquisitions across Europe at ECE Projektmanagement, where he also played a key role in establishing the investment department.

María Luisa joined Eurofund Group as Group CFO in 2018. She developed most of her career at General Electric, holding senior finance roles in Spain and across Europe, including serving as CFO of the real estate business of General Electric in Spain between 2009 and 2011. In 2016 and 2017, she led a Financial Planning and Strategy team at Anida, the real estate division of BBVA.

María joined Eurofund Group in April 2016. Previously, she worked at PwC within Financial Advisory, providing consultancy services to the banking and insurance sectors. She holds a degree in International Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) and the University of Lancaster.

Group Investment & Analysis Director
Blanca joined Eurofund Group in January 2025 as Group Marketing Director. She brings over 15 years of experience in marketing and communications. Since 2018, she developed her career at Klépierre, where she served as Marketing Director, leading corporate and Iberian strategies with a strong focus on customer experience, innovation and ESG. She previously led marketing at La Gavia Shopping Centre and spent nine years working in advertising agencies.
Blanca Vizoso
Group Marketing Director
Emma joined Eurofund Group in October 2021 as Group Retail CEO. She brings 20 years of experience in strategic development and asset management for high-profile international mixed-use real estate, including Westfield World Trade Center and Westfield London. Prior to joining Eurofund, at Westfield and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield she led the delivery of complex construction and development projects, innovation, customer experience and placemaking, as well as transformation programmes and senior team building.

Mike joined Eurofund Group in May 2020 as Senior Advisor, Corporate Finance. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. He brings 25 years of experience across Europe, with a strong focus on retail assets and platforms. He began his career in asset sales at CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield, before moving into debt and equity financing at Brookfield Financial. He later joined Eastdil Secured.

Senior Advisor, Corporate Finance
Mónica joined Eurofund Group in June 2023 as Senior Advisor on ESG and sustainability. She brings over 25 years of experience in sustainability and business strategy. She began her career at PwC and has held senior executive positions at companies including IKEA, Mapfre, NH Hotels and intu. She is President of WAS, the Spanish association of women leaders driving transformation in the field of sustainability.

Javier joined Eurofund Group in September 2020 as Leasing Director Iberia. He has experience in retail leasing and asset management. Prior to joining Eurofund, he worked at intu as Leasing Manager and at CBRE, where he oversaw leasing and the management of shopping centres such as Marineda City and Puerto Venecia. He holds a Master’s in Real Estate Asset Management from IE Business School and a degree in Economics from the Complutense University of Madrid.

ESG implementation at EUROFUND GROUP is structured across three clearly defined levels, ensuring strategic consistency, disciplined execution and the generation of measurable value.
