Tribu is our coliving concept for young professionals—a flexible, dynamic, and social residential model. In our first project in Kingston (London), we offer 63 boutique apartments with shared areas such as a lounge, dining room, cinema, coworking space, and rooftop. We build community and make daily life easier with an app that personalizes services for each resident.

Senior Living
Luana is our senior living brand, designed for people aged 65+ who seek an active, independent lifestyle surrounded by well-being. Our resort-style communities on the Costa del Sol will offer premium services: spa, physiotherapy, gourmet dining, gym, vegetable gardens, workshops, and landscaped areas. The first community will open in Estepona in 2027, followed by a second in Mijas.
